In order to create a one-piece, intricately designed body for the ZATORI iO, we utilized one-piece body metal injection molding, which presented challenges in metalworking. The main chassis is made of magnesium, which is 33% lighter than aluminum yet provides the same level of strength. Additionally, it has a higher loading weight capacity of up to 100 kg, depending on the rider's habits.

The ZATORI iO boasts exceptional craftsmanship that matches the quality of its one-piece main chassis. The entire body has been crafted without any welding, resulting in a seamless appearance from the handlebar to the rear wire brake system. The wires throughout the bike are completely hidden, adding to the sleek design and overall aesthetic.
